1. Profile Preview
This is the first step where your academic background (grades, courses taken) and extracurricular activities (clubs, volunteering, leadership roles, talents, competitions) are reviewed. The goal is to create a clear view of your strengths and areas to highlight in applications. It helps tailor everything that comes next.
2. Test Preparation
Many universities, especially in the USA and Canada, require standardized tests like the SAT. Here, you’ll go through several weeks of SAT preparation to build the skills and confidence needed to score well on the test — this is crucial because strong test scores can improve your chances of admission and financial aid.
3. School Selection
Based on your profile, interests, academic goals, and strengths, AFEX Hub helps shortlist universities from a large pool (over 200 options). You’ll typically choose around 12 universities that fit your profile and goals — this includes a mix of “reach,” “match,” and “safe” schools (schools where your chances vary).
4. Essay Review
You get coaching on how to approach the prompts Your essays are reviewed and edited This is one of the most important parts of the application.
5. Financial Aid Application
